Camì's products cover all aspects of retail management, from Point-of-Sale (POS), to warehousing, through to the accounting and back office support. This comprehensive system is a complete management solution for large retailers and distribution companies. The POS systems are totally hardware and platform independent and will run on virtually any terminal, including the web, while the warehouse management software provides advanced statistical functionality on all leading server platforms. The Palm add-on allows users to manage the system using PDA/handheld devices integrated with laser sensors. Camì is installed in many leading retail and distribution companies in Italy and other parts of Europe including: Despar group ( www.despar.it : Interspar, Despar, Eurospar) back and front office management for large scale retail distribution (100 user); Euronics ( www.euronics.it ) in Sassari, Alghero and Olbia, accounting and back/front office management for large consumer electronics sales and distribution company (80 user); Sovar Eurocash in Seveso, accounting management software, back and front office management for cash and carry company; La Standa in Lugano (Switzerland); Commerciale Brendolan (Selex Group) a Linux solution (800 users); and Alì Spa (Selex Group) a Linux solution (600 users).
About Camì: Founded in Turin in 1991 by Michele Grande, in 1998 the head office was transferred from Turin to Como.
